Mega Tuna Spicy Silog

Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 1 can Mega Tuna Hot and Spicy, drained
  • 2 tsp of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of mayo
  • 1 tbsp of hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup of chicharon, crushed
  • 1 tsp of butter
  • 1 sunny-side-up egg
  • 1 cup of sinangag rice
  • 1/4 cup of spring onions, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
  • *Siling labuyo
  • *Ketchup
  • *Atchara

Instructions:
  1. Melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
  2. Add spring onions, siling labuyo, and mix
  3. Add the Mega Tuna Hot and Spicy (include the oil), mayo, ketchup, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Mix until the tuna is evenly coated.
  4. Turn off the heat and toss in chicharon.
  5. In a bowl, add sinangag rice, egg, and the spicy tuna mixture.
  6. Garnish with spring onions and serve with atchara.
