Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Mega Tuna Spanish Style
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp of white onion, minced
- 2 tbsp of carrots, minced
- 2 tbsp of kamote, minced
- 3/4 cup of All-Purpose Cream
- 1 cup of cubed cheese
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 pc of tasty bread
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Melt the butter and sauté the onions, carrots, and kamote for 2 minutes.
- Add the All-Purpose Cream and cheese until smooth.
- Season with pepper and add the drained Mega Tuna Spanish Style. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Trim off the crust of the bread and flatten it using a rolling pin.
- Apply 2 tbsp of the tuna filling in the center of the bread, seal the sides using a fork.
- Freeze for at least an hour.
- Cover the pie in scrambled egg and toss in bread crumbs until fully covered.
- Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
