Ingredients:
- 1 can of Mega Tuna Flakes in Oil, drained
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of onion, chopped
- 1/2 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 cups of canned cream-style corn
- 1/8 cup of spring onion, chopped
- 1 chicken broth cubes
- 1 tsp of fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp of pepper
- 1 cup of All-Purpose Cream
- 1 tbsp of wansuy, chopped
Instructions:
- Melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the spring onion, carrots, potatoes, and fish sauce. Stir for 1 minute.
- Add the cream-style corn, water, pepper, and chicken broth cubes. Let it simmer for about 12 minutes.
- Add the All-Purpose Cream, 1 tbsp of wansuy, and drained Mega Tuna Flakes in Oil. Simmer until thick.
- Garnish with wansuy and serve hot.
