Ingredients:
- 1 can of Mega Tuna Flakes in Oil
- 1/4 cup of Mega Prime Green Peas
- 4 cups of cold Jasmine rice
- 5 tbsp of Aligue
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 stalks of spring onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp of atsuete powder
Instructions:
- In a medium heat pan, melt the butter and add the oil from the Mega Tuna Flakes in Oil can.
- Add your garlic and spring onions, and cook until fragrant and slightly brown.
- Add the Aligue and stir gently for 2 minutes.
- Add the rice and green peas, stir until evenly coated in Aligue.
- Add the atsuete powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in the Mega Tuna Flakes in Oil in the rice.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve with calamansi.
