Buffalo Mega Tuna Meatballs

Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 2 cans of Mega Tuna Sweet and Spicy, drained
  • 1/4 tsp of Mega Prime Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2-3 tbsp of bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp of ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp of mayo
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup of catsup
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, mix the drained Mega Tuna Sweet and Spicy, onion powder, garlic powder, Mega Prime Oyster Sauce, garlic powder, ground black
    pepper, cheddar cheese, egg, and mayo until it forms a nice dough consistency. Form into small balls.
  2. In a separate bowl, add bread crumbs and coat each meatball evenly. Assemble in a tray and freeze for an hour.
  3. To fry, dip each frozen ball in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown.
  4. In preparing the buffalo sauce, mix the butter, catsup, and hot sauce in a saucepan until thick.
  5. Toss the fried meatball and serve with wansuy garnish.
