Ingredients:
- 2 cans of Mega Tuna Sweet and Spicy, drained
- 1/4 tsp of Mega Prime Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 2-3 tbsp of bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp of ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp of mayo
- 1 beaten egg
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of hot sauce
- 1/4 cup of catsup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the drained Mega Tuna Sweet and Spicy, onion powder, garlic powder, Mega Prime Oyster Sauce, garlic powder, ground black
pepper, cheddar cheese, egg, and mayo until it forms a nice dough consistency. Form into small balls. - In a separate bowl, add bread crumbs and coat each meatball evenly. Assemble in a tray and freeze for an hour.
- To fry, dip each frozen ball in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown.
- In preparing the buffalo sauce, mix the butter, catsup, and hot sauce in a saucepan until thick.
- Toss the fried meatball and serve with wansuy garnish.
