Serving: 1 Glass
- 250ml All purpose cream
- 200g Cream cheese
- Cheese Foam on top
- Pinch of salt
- Crushed Ice, ¼ glass
- 1/2 glass, Primo Sparkling Red Grape
- In a tall glass, pour crushed ice.
- Pour PRIMO, ¾ full.
- In a bowl, start with combining 250ml all-purpose cream and 200g cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until blended.
- Top the cream cheese mixture onto the glass.
- Garnish with red grabe and fresh mint leaves.
- Serve and enjoy!
