Ingredients:
- 2 cans Mega Sardines Chunks in Spanish Style
- 1 pc red bell pepper, medium diced
- 1 pc green bell pepper, medium diced
- 1 pc carrot, small, diced
- 3 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pc onion, small diced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 200 g pineapple chunks
- ½ cup coconut milk
- To taste salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Sauté onion and garlic in oil until fragrant.
- Stir in 2 cans of Mega Sardines Chunks in Spanish Style, pineapple chunks with the juice, fresh milk, and carrots.
- Bring to simmer.
- Add the bell peppers and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve and enjoy.
