Celebrating the Value of Sardines in our Everyday Lives

For centuries, sardines has always been a very important part of the lives of Filipinos in all walks of life. Whether it be to grab a quick bite to keep going and surviving or to indulge in elegant flavors of the seas, Sarap, Sustanya, and Saya has always been brought to our tables by Sardines.
