Ingredients:
- 1 can Mega Corned Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- ¼ cup cooking oil
- 1 pc red onion, large, minced
- 2 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- 2 pcs egg, large
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- To taste salt & pepper
- For garnish spring onion, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add about 2-3 tbsp of the mixture and cook each side until browned.
- Serve with rice (optional) then garnish with spring onion.
