Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cans Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- 1 L cooking oil Tempura Batter
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 pc egg, large
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- To taste salt & pepper
Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp white radish, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Use the tomato sauce
Instructions:
- Drain the sauce of Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce. Set aside.
- Beat egg in a bowl then mix cold water until well incorporated. Add the flour and mix to create a thick and lumpy batter.
- Dip the sardines in the batter and deep-fry until golden brown.
- Mix ginger, radish, soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar in a bowl to create the sauce.
- Serve together and enjoy.
