Ingredients:
- 1 can Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce with Chili
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pc red onion, sliced
- 2 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- Sinangag
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup leftover rice
- To taste salt & pepper
- 1 pc egg, large
- 1 tbsp Atchara (optional)
Instructions:
- Sauté onion and garlic in oil until fragrant. Add Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce with Chili bring to simmer then set aside.
- In a separate pan, cook egg. Set aside.
- Sauté garlic in oil until fragrant then stir in leftover rice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the silog on a plate and serve with atchara.
