Mega Sardines in Corn Oil Crostini

Ingredients:

• 1 can Mega Premium Bottled Sardines Corn Oil 
• 2 pcs tomatoes, chopped 
• 1 pc garlic clove, minced 
• 1 pc lemon, juice & zest 
• 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped 
• 1 pc avocado, sliced 
• 1 pc baguette, sliced diagonally about ¼ inch,  toasted 

Instructions:

1. Drain the sauce of Mega Premium Bottled Sardines Corn Oil. Set aside sardines. 
2. Transfer sauce from the sardine in a bowl then add tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, peanuts. Mix well. 
3. Assemble the crostini by layering avocado slices, 1 tbsp of tomato mixture, sardine then garnish with lemon zest. 
4. Serve and enjoy.
