Mega Sardines Fish Cake

Ingredients: 
  • 2 cans Mega Sardines in Natural Oil
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs use Mega Prime Breadcrumbs
  • 1 pc egg
  • ¼ cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper, powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 500 ml cooking oil
Instructions:
  1. Drain the sauce of Mega Sardines in Natural Oil.
  2. Place sardine in a large mixing bowl. Stir all the ingredients together with a fork, breaking apart the fish, until evenly combined.
  3. Portion mixture into patties (about 3 tbsp each).
  4. Pan-fry fish cakes with cooking oil until golden brown.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
