Ingredients:
- 2 cans Mega Corned Sardines in Tomato Sauce with Chili
- 2 tsp Oil 1 pc Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Leeks (White part)
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 cups Water
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 pcs Eggs
- To taste salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Crack 2 eggs and beat it well. Set aside.
- Saute garlic, ginger, and spring onion in oil until fragrant.
- Add Mega Corned Sardines in Tomato Sauce with Chili and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pour in 2 cups of chicken stock. Bring this to a boil.
- Mix 3 tbsp of cornstarch and 3 tbsp of water together.
- When the chicken stock is boiling, slowly pour in the cornstarch water and stir it.
- Slowly add the beaten eggs while continuously stirring.
- Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
- Serve it in a bowl. Garnish with chopped leeks.
