Ingredients:
- 2 can Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- 45 g cheese, grated
- 10 pcs green chili, sliced & seeded
- 10 pcs lumpia wrapper
- 1 L cooking oil
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- Use tomato sauce or Mega Prime sweet chili
Instructions:
- Slice the green chilis lengthwise in the middle but not all the way through then remove the seeds. Set aside.
- Drain the sauce of Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
- Transfer sardines to a bowl. Add grated cheese then mash until mixed.
- Fill each green chili pepper with about ½ tbsp of the sardine mixture.
- Place the stuffed pepper in the center of the wrapper with the stem outside. Fold the bottom and left sides over the chili. Roll tightly and seal by brushing the ends with water.
- Heat oil in a pan then fry the dynamite sticks until golden brown.
- Mix mayonnaise and drained sardine sauce to make a dip.
- Serve and enjoy.
