Ingredients:
- 1 can Mega Mackerel in Natural Oil (white) 155g
- 5 eggs beaten
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- Cheese, diced
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried basil, crushed (optional)
Procedure
- Beat eggs and season w/ salt and pepper
- Heat butter in a frying pan and sauté garlic, onion, tomato and mackerel flakes
- Pour in egg mixture
- Add cheese. Distribute evenly
- Season with dried basil. Fold in half before serving
