Ingredients:
- 1 can Mega Premium Bottled Sardines Olive Oil
- 250 g bucatini pasta
- 5 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp green olives, sliced
- ½ cup reserve pasta water
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- To taste salt & pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp flat leaf parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Boil pasta according to package instruction until 2 minutes less than al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, set aside.
- Drain the sauce of Mega Premium Bottled Sardines Olive Oil. Set aside sardines.
- Sauté garlic, olives, and chili flakes in olive oil from the sardine.
- Add the drained sardines to the pan, stirring carefully, so as not to break the sardines up too much.
- Add reserved pasta water then stir in cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper.
- Turn off heat then pour lemon juice. Mix well.
- Garnish with lemon zest and parsley.
