Ingredients:
- 1 can Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pc red onion, chopped
- 2 pc garlic cloves, minced
- 100 g sliced Mega mushrooms
- ½ cup water
- To taste salt & pepper
- 1 bunch pechay tagalog, sliced
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, garlic, and mushroom in oil until fragrant.
- Add Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce then sauté for a minute.
- Pour water. Season with salt and pepper and bring to simmer.
- Turn off heat and stir in pechay until the leaves are wilted.
- Serve and enjoy.
