Ginisang Sardinas, Mushroom, at Pechay in Mega Sardines Tomato Sauce

Yield: 2-3 Servings | Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients: 
  • 1 can Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce 
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil 
  • 1 pc red onion, chopped 
  • 2 pc garlic cloves, minced 
  • 100 g sliced Mega mushrooms 
  • ½ cup water 
  • To taste salt & pepper 
  • 1 bunch pechay tagalog, sliced 
Instructions: 
  1. Sauté onion, garlic, and mushroom in oil until fragrant.
  2. Add Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce then sauté for a minute. 
  3. Pour water. Season with salt and pepper and bring to simmer. 
  4. Turn off heat and stir in pechay until the leaves are wilted.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
