PROCEDURE:
1. Dip the rice wrappers in some cold water for a few seconds and let the excess water drip off. Then lay the wet wrapper on to a clean working surface.
2. Layer the ingredients starting with the basil leaves at the bottom then place a lettuce leaf on top then the blanched bihon noodles, followed by the carrots, onions and finally add 2 pieces of Mega Creations Premium Spanish Style Bottles Sardines (Blue).
3. Roll up the wrapper over the fillings and fold the sides to seal it. Repeat the procedure with the remaining ingredients.
4. Arrange the fresh spring rolls on to a serving platter. Sprinkle it with some chopped peanuts and serve it with sweet chili sauce and a lime wedge on the side.
