PROCEDURE:
1. Saute the garlic slivers with some olive oil in a wide sauté pan over medium low heat for a minute.
2. Then pour in the sardine oil and simmer it for a minute.
3. Season it with chili flakes, Italian seasoning and salt.
4. Then mix in the Mega Creations Spanish Style Sardines (fish) and sauté it for a minute.
5. Toss in the cooked angel hair pasta and stir it well.
6. Transfer it to a serving bowl and sprinkle it with parmesan cheese before serving.
