Job Description
- Payment voucher and check preparation for all disbursements
- Safekeeping of unreleased, unused and cancelled checks
- Performs online banking transactions e.g. funds transfers and replenishment of petty cash fund
- Document all cash transaction activities
- Maintain and manage all financial records and bank documents
- Assist in physical cash counting activities
- Prepare daily reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel, SAP Proficiency.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- At least 1 year experience in handling Treasury functions and cash management
- Keen eye on details
- With good moral character and integrity
