Job Description
- Execute digital strategies into placements in various digital platforms such as, but not limited to social media, Google, e-commerce, ad network/ programmatic, digital publication and the like, based on digital media plan for both regular and campaign-based projects.
- Monitor performance of the placements to ensure on-track results.
- Optimize placements to drive performance and achieve desired business results.
- Develop, implement promotion and marketing strategies for Mega Global’s e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve and drive traffic to Mega Global owned websites.
- Develop e-commerce media plan based on past month’s results.
- Execute the e-commerce media plan through ad placements on digital platforms (ex: Facebook CPAS, Google Shop) for pre-sale, sale days and always on campaigns.
- Place ads for special e-commerce campaigns in store, such as, but not limited to brand partnerships, marketing packages, brand day and sponsored solutions.
- Manage and monitor performance of the placements to ensure on-track results.
- Optimize placements to drive performance and achieve desired business results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in implementing digital strategies through placements based on marketing brief and insight
- Proficient in computer operations (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Self-driven, results-driven and goal-oriented
- Service-oriented and has a high sense of initiative
- High level of responsibility, accountability and resourcefulness
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must
- Adept with industry-related digital trends
- Ability to tell stories and provide insights with given data or metrics
- Ability to track, segment, analyze and interpret digital media data
- Proficient in digital platform reporting tools
- Adept in digital media planning, buying and placement (Facebook Campaigns, Facebook Collaborative Ads/ Catalog Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc), Google/ YouTube Platform, Tiktok, Digital Publication, Ad Network/ Programmatic, E-commerce Sponsored Ads)
- Proficient in developing analysis based on placement performance and gathered data.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing, handling performance marketing, media planning, buying and placements in various platforms.
- Experience in digital metric analysis and insighting.
- Media and Digital agency experience is a must.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/ Media, Communications or equivalent.
