Job Description
- Takes the lead in driving the brand growth
- Develops and executes marketing strategies to ensure the growth and sustainability of the brand business
- Executes projects and plans that are aligned with the overall brand strategy
- Responsible for driving awareness, trial and purchase of the brand trade level, ultimately delivering the brand’s profit, volume, and market share objectives, as well as the brand’s overall health
- Responsible for the day-to-day requirements of brand management and executing and operationalizing the company and brand’s thrusts and strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- With 1 to 3 years experience in FMCG company
- Preferably in a Brand Assistant or ABM role.
- With strong business, finance and marketing acumen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
