Accounting Associate

Job Description

• Performs proper safekeeping of statutory books of accounts and provides financial reporting requirements both to internal and external users
• Prepares Value Added, Withholding, Income and other related Tax Returns and ensures accuracy and timely payment and monitors ledgers
• Must be able to handle Accounts Payable and Disbursement
• Enforces to credit control, collection and management policies & procedures;
• Coordinates with Sales for prompt collection of accounts receivable and prepares weekly and updated collection report
• Maintaining Tax, Compliance & Statutory returns calendar for the Company

Minimum Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Major in Finance or other related courses.
• Basic knowledge in accounts receivables/payables
• Basic knowledge in General and Tax Accounting
• Fundamental knowledge in different functions of Accounting
• With job experience is a plus but not required
• Quick learner and adaptive
