PROCEDURE:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, gently toss together the avocado, onions, tomatoes and spring onions/cilantro then season it with salt, pepper, lime juice and the sardine oil.
2. Spoon the sardine flavored guacamole on to the tasted bread slices and place a piece of Mega Creations Premium Spanish Style Bottled Sardines in corn oil on top of each bruschetta.
3. Sprinkle some cheese on top and serve with lime wedges on the side.
